Peter's practice also includes the federal tax aspects of tax-exempt financings.

Representation as Bond Counsel for City of Boca Raton downtown redevelopment project, including the Mizner Park center and area improvement special assessment financing. Represented the City in the validation proceedings, including the Florida Supreme Court decision in City of Boca Raton vs. State upholding special assessments under municipal home rule powers.

Representation as Bond Counsel for Jacksonville Electric Authority St. Johns River Power Park for joint project with Florida Power & Light involving 31 bond and note issues aggregating over $4 billion.
