Jeffrey Cook focuses his practice in federal securities and complex commercial litigation. He has published numerous articles in these areas, including a full-length law review article in the American University Law Review entitled "Recrafting the Jurisdictional Framework for Private Rights of Action under the Federal Securities Laws." Jeffrey previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul C. Huck, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Florida. His experience encompasses litigation at the trial and appellate levels, arbitration proceedings, and internal investigations into suspected criminal activity and securities fraud violations.
