Carrie Ann Wozniak focuses her practice on appellate law and commercial litigation. A former Florida Supreme Court law clerk, Carrie Ann represents parties through the appellate process, including direct appeals, interlocutory appeals, and extraordinary writs. She also has experience prosecuting and defending cases in both federal and state trial courts on behalf of a diverse spectrum of clients, including financial institutions, commercial landlords and tenants, real estate developers and builders, and other commercial entities throughout the United States.
