Jarrett Bingemann represents national residential homebuilders, commercial developers, and lenders on transactional, environmental, land use, zoning, and entitlement matters. Jarrett works on all aspects of real estate development and transactional matters, with particular emphasis on the assessment, acquisition, and redevelopment of contaminated properties. Additionally, Jarrett's experience includes environmental remediation, compliance, due diligence, permitting, and enforcement matters involving commercial properties and former golf courses throughout Florida.

Assisted in representation of commercial developers in connection with obtaining environmental closures through the use of institutional controls / restrictive covenants for former golf course properties with arsenic soil and groundwater impacts and urban infill properties with chlorinated solvent soil and groundwater impacts.

Assisted in representation of commercial developers, lenders, and national real estate portfolio managers in obtaining zoning approvals and entitlements for commercial and retail properties.

Represented developer in due diligence activities, rezoning, and homeowner and condominium association negotiations necessary to integrate an international golf academy and related student housing into an existing golf course community.
