Jarrett Bingemann represents national residential homebuilders, commercial developers, and lenders on transactional, environmental, land use, zoning, and entitlement matters. Jarrett works on all aspects of real estate development and transactional matters, with particular emphasis on the assessment, acquisition, and redevelopment of contaminated properties. Additionally, Jarrett's experience includes environmental remediation, compliance, due diligence, permitting, and enforcement matters involving commercial properties and former golf courses throughout Florida.
