Michael Marsh concentrates his practice in commercial lawsuits, including securities and other class action defense, accounting fraud, Ponzi schemes, D&O liability, professional liability, shareholder disputes, and corporate transactions. Michael's practice also focuses on corporate governance and compliance issues, including matters arising from federal and state agencies investigations. Michael has represented the financial sector in class actions and other matters involving bank fraud, RICO claims, money laundering schemes, fraudulent or improper lending practices, letters of credit, regulatory compliance, cease and desist orders and asset recovery. Michael also handles employment litigation, and employment counseling and training. He has tried complex lawsuits and has litigated before various tribunals, from administrative agencies to federal courts. Drawing on more than 20 years of business litigation experience, Michael has provided strategic and other advice to clients on issues relating to day-to-day operations, major restructuring, and corporate mergers and acquisitions.
