Deborah Catalano has more than 15 years of experience representing employers in all aspects of litigation and arbitration, through trial and appeal. She has helped private and public sector clients avoid jury trials by vigorously defending management and obtaining summary judgments in multi-plaintiff and individual cases. Deborah's broad range of experience includes jury trials in employment discrimination cases in federal court and she provides day-to-day preventative counseling to employers to assist them in navigating the increasing scope of federal and state employment regulations.
