Catherine Losey has a diverse litigation practice in state and federal court that includes litigating commercial disputes, labor and employment matters, family and probate matters, and ERISA cases. Beyond litigation, Ms. Losey has traveled across the country to assist in a nationwide due diligence project involving federal compliance issues. In the area of labor and employment, she has assisted in defending employers involving claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act and discrimination statutes, as well as representing employers in connection with administrative charges filed with the EEOC and FCHR.
