Luis A. Perez's primary practice area is complex commercial litigation and arbitration both at the national and international level. Luis has developed an extensive practice in product liability and has an in-depth expertise on the subject. He was in charge of coordinating and directing the defense of hundreds of cases filed in various jurisdictions in Latin America involving individual civil actions, criminal actions, administrative claims, governmental investigations and class actions.
