Timothy Le Duc has litigated cases in numerous district courts throughout the U.S., as well as the International Trade Commission. His patent litigation experience has involved a broad range of technologies, including cellular telephones, automotive and control systems, and computer software and imaging.

Tim's practice also includes patent prosecution, opinion work, and licensing in the electrical and mechanical arts. His prosecution experience includes drafting patents directed toward navigation units, wind turbines, building automation, medical imaging, wireless communication, energy harvesting devices, commercial energy generation, medical devices, business methods, and software applications.
