Ashleigh Bhole is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group. She concentrates her practice in the areas of federal and state business, commercial and labor and employment litigation. She has extensive experience in motion practice and in the drafting of pleadings and discovery at all stages of litigation. Through her involvement in both state and federal actions, Ashleigh also has experience in a broad array of discovery matters.
Ashleigh also has experience in various intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright procurement and protection. She has counseled clients with respect to the selection and clearance of trademarks and service marks, and engaged in opposition and cancellation practice before the United States Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
