Christine Robbins' practice involves the representation of individuals and families in all aspects of estate and wealth transfer planning, including the planning and drafting of basic estate planning documents such as wills, trusts and powers of attorney, as well as the implementation of sophisticated planning techniques involving qualified personal residence trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, family limited partnerships/limited liability companies, charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts and other similar wealth transfer techniques.

Christine has represented executors, trustees and beneficiaries on a wide variety of fiduciary issues and has advised trustees and executors over the years as to their fiduciary duties in administering estates and trusts. In addition, Christine has represented the taxpayer in estate and gift tax audits.

A particular focus of her practice is the representation of fiduciaries, beneficiaries and other interested parties in estate, trust and guardianship litigation at the county probate court and appellate levels.

Christine has represented many business owners in developing effective business succession plans, which has included strategies to transition the business to the next generation as well as working through the sale of the business where appropriate. She has also advised executors and trustees on handling and selling a business and real estate as unique trust assets.

Christine has presented lectures on the local and national levels on various aspects of estate and trust administration.

Although based in South Florida, Christine is also licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey and North Carolina, which allows for extended services to Florida's snowbirds and others with assets, family and business interests outside the State of Florida.
