Betsy Hodge has experience representing hospitals, physicians and other healthcare providers in general healthcare litigation, including medical malpractice. She also has experience representing healthcare providers in transactional matters, including assisting clients in acquiring and selling businesses. Betsy provides guidance to clients on compliance with all appropriate federal and state statutes and regulations. These include the federal anti-kickback statute, the Stark laws, the Florida patient-brokering, self-referral and fee-splitting laws, and the HIPAA Privacy and Security regulations.
