Andrew M. Loewenstein practices in the area of labor and employment law. His experience includes conducting depositions, arguing motions to compel discovery, drafting motions for summary judgment, and performing other employment related litigation. Additionally, Andrew has drafted employee handbooks, conducted investigations of employee related claims for large corporate clients, and assisted in litigation matters involving ERISA and ESOP claims.
Andrew also has experience representing national and regional securities broker-dealers in arbitration proceedings and litigation matters. His experience includes drafting responses to statements of claim, representing clients in FINRA arbitration proceedings, resolving suitability, due diligence, misrepresentation, and broker supervision claims through mediation, and litigating "claw-back" claims. Andrew also has experience working with major insurance carriers in defending policy holders pursuant to E&O, D&O, and EPLI policies.
