Barbara Ruiz-Gonzalez is a Florida Bar board certified tax attorney who focuses her practice in the area of domestic and international tax. She also practices in the areas of corporate tax, exempt organizations, estate and gift tax planning, probate, federal income tax, with a strong emphasis on tax compliance. Additionally, she advises foreign and domestic clients on tax implications of cross-border transactions and advises on structuring and planning to maximize tax benefits under U.S. tax treaties in order to minimize overall U.S. and foreign taxes.
