Jennifer Kramer is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group and a member of the firm's Hospitality Sector Team. Jennifer works with clients in all facets of commercial real estate transactions, with a strong concentration in the representation of clients in the hospitality sector, including owners, operators, lenders, and developers of hotels, resorts, condominiums, fractional ownership regimes, and mixed-use community developments throughout the United States and abroad. She handles many types of matters in the hospitality sector, including hotel management, hotel operations, vacation ownership, licensing, franchising, development, acquisitions, and sales.

Represented client in purchase of the 1 Hotel South Beach, a hotel and condominium hotel property which is located within a complicated mixed-use project.
Baker’s Cay and Four Seasons Orlando:
Represented client as local counsel in purchase of the Baker’s Cay resort in Key Largo and the Four Seasons Orlando.
Sale of Hotel Portfolio:
Represented family office in sale of hotel portfolio which included seller financing and negotiation of hotel management agreements prior to sales process commencing.
Keys Property Acquisition:
Represented private equity fund in purchase of portfolio of hotels in the Florida Keys.
Miami Beach Hotel Development:
Represented private equity fund in preferred equity investment related to the development of a Miami Beach hotel.
