Christian Dodd concentrates his practice in complex commercial and business litigation, intellectual property matters, and government investigations. Christian's experience covers a broad spectrum ranging from simple contract disputes to consolidated multi-district litigation and bet-the-company litigation. He has extensive experience defending against class actions in both state and federal court, including claims of securities fraud, unfair competition, misrepresentation, false advertising and breach of warranty. In addition, Christian has litigated cases alleging False Claims Act violations, RICO violations, misappropriation of trade secrets, patent infringement, tortious interference, and breach of fiduciary duty.

Christian also has significant experience counseling businesses with respect to electronic discovery and document preservation issues and managing the collection, review, and production of documents and electronically stored information in the context of both small and large-scale litigation and government investigations.
