Heather MacDougall represents employers throughout the U.S. with regard to all matters involving labor, employment, and occupational safety and health law, providing proactive guidance to employers on all aspects of the employer-employee relationship. Heather counsels and represents companies in OSHA inspections and citations, traditional labor relations, and EEO discrimination charges and litigation. She has served as chief legal counsel & special advisor to the chairman of the U.S. Occupational Safety & Health Review Commission and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
