Elina Basham focuses her practice on litigation and counseling in labor and employment matters. She has experience with the defense of employers in a wide range of areas, including Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Florida Civil Rights Act, as well as whistleblower and retaliation claims.
Elina also has experience in handling complex commercial litigation, representing government entities and financial institutions in seeking recovery for Civil RICO, fraud and unjust enrichment claims, as well as complex professional liability and government liability matters.
