Bryan West focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and arbitration. He handles litigation and international arbitration emanating from Latin American business transactions and has litigated and arbitrated, in both English and Spanish, numerous multi-million dollar cases regarding matters involving Argentina, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Honduras, Ecuador, and Venezuela. His matters often involve the application of complex federal laws, including the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.

He also has significant experience in litigation matters involving business disputes, business torts, contracts, the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, the federal securities laws, fraud, the federal Fair Housing Act, banking, insurance, commercial foreclosure defense, receiverships, officer/director liabilities, federal and state environmental laws dealing with hydrocarbons, and class action defense.
