Cathy Miller focuses her practice on business and employment litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts and arbitrations. Her experience includes representing clients in employment, Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) class action matters, real estate litigation, and routinely litigating employment, commercial breach of contract, tortious interference, and restrictive covenant disputes.

Cathy also handles employment litigation disputes, as well as charges before the EEOC and state agencies. Cathy has also defended multiple labor charges before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
