Patrick Johnson has over 35 years of experience counseling clients in matters relating to commercial litigation, bankruptcy, workouts, loan restructuring, and collections. Patrick frequently handles complex litigation on behalf of several types of entities including financial institutions, secured creditors, and lessors in bankruptcy court, and in state, federal, and appellate courts.
 
Representative Experience

Represented the secured lender in the Chapter 11 case of a country club and successfully negotiated favorable treatment for his client in the Chapter 11 plan that was confirmed by the Bankruptcy Court. The Chapter 11 petition was filed and the plan was confirmed that same year.

Represented a bank group in the Chapter 11 case of a large appliance retailer.

Co-counsel for large bank group with approximately $400 million in claims in the Chapter 11 case of an oil and gas company.

Co-counsel for bank group with approximately $150 million in claims in the Chapter 11 case of an oil and gas company.
