Kirk Davis is the Akerman Healthcare Practice Group Chair. He has more than 28 years of experience representing hospitals and other healthcare providers in healthcare litigation, principally medical malpractice and peer review. He has extensive experience in all aspects of medical staff matters from both the physician and hospital perspectives. Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Health Law, Kirk has been recognized by Chambers USA since 2006 and The Best Lawyers in America since 1995 in health law and medical malpractice.
