Theresa McLaughlin serves as leasing, acquisition, and real estate development counsel to national industrial and retail clients. Her notable national tenant representation includes sporting goods retailer, The Sports Authority and Tavistock. On the landlord leasing side, she represents Equity One, Ben Tobin Company, Morgan Real Estate, and Konover South. In addition to her retail leasing practice, Theresa has significant experience with distressed property, having previously represented the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) on numerous real estate transactions. Theresa has been recognized by Chambers USA and The Legal 500 as a leading real estate lawyer in Florida.
