Robyn Neely focuses on a wide range of environmental matters. She has represented multi-national corporations, developers, financial institutions, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and various public and private sector clients on complex transactions throughout the United States. Her practice areas include environmental compliance, permitting, and enforcement; defense of waste generators and site owners in CERCLA and state site cleanups; transactional environmental work for sales, acquisitions, and leases; assessment and remediation of petroleum, dry cleaning, chlorinated solvent, radon, and arsenic impacted sites; defense of RCRA enforcement actions; environmental assessments, environmental due diligence, and risk management; and redevelopment of contaminated properties.
