Scott Wasserman represents public and private companies and private equity and venture capital funds in a variety of corporate and M&A transactions. He structures and negotiates complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, venture and growth capital investments, debt and equity financings, and securities offerings. He represents portfolio companies of private equity clients and other companies with respect to all of their corporate transactions effectively serving as their outside general counsel.
