Hank Raattama is a shareholder in the Akerman Senterfitt Miami office, where he focuses his practices in the areas of non-profit organizations, estate planning, and taxation of business entities. Hank is a frequent lecturer and author on tax matters and has been an adjunct professor in the Tax Masters Program at the University of Miami College of Law. He is a member of the American College of Tax Counsel and The Florida Bar (past chair, Tax Section and Tax Certification Committee). He is the recipient of the Gerald T. Hart Outstanding Florida Tax Attorney 1999, the James W. McLamore Miami-Dade County Volunteer of the Year Award 1999 and Outstanding Professional Advisor, Miami-Dade County, Florida 2002. Hank is also listed in Florida Trend's Legal Elite 2008 as well as listed in The Best Lawyers in America 2008 and in Chambers USA 2009 for tax law Florida.
