Sue Zabloudil's national real estate practice includes representation of clients in a broad range of real estate transactions including the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of hotel, restaurant, office, warehouse, condominium, condominium/hotel, automobile dealership, retail, mixed-use, and multifamily properties, as well as commercial landlord and tenant leasing. Sue has closed transactions in Florida, California, and throughout the United States that involve multi-faceted properties including a 178-acre business park, multiple automobile dealerships, hotel projects in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Las Vegas, commercial condominium warehouse/offices, waste services sites, and national restaurant chains including Johnny Rockets, Uncle Julio's, and Tia's restaurants. Sue works with private developers, private equity funds, global financial institutions, investment banks, REITs, and other investment funds. Sue also has experience working on bids and negotiating on behalf of clients in public-private partnerships. In addition, Sue has represented owners and their representatives in a broad range of leasing and asset management matters throughout the United States, including leases for restaurants, medical offices and centers, pain centers, retail, warehouses, and ground lease developments.

Represented the client in the acquisition of the 14 acre Miami Herald Property in Miami, FL. Genting intends to develop a mixed-use project including a major hotel, conference facilities, retail, and other resort amenities with an estimated project development cost at $3.7 billion.
