Sue Zabloudil's national real estate practice includes representation of clients in a broad range of real estate transactions including the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, joint venture structuring and ground leasing of hotel, restaurant, office, warehouse, condominium, condominium/hotel, automobile dealership, retail, mixed-use, and multifamily properties. Sue has closed transactions in and throughout the United States involving multi-faceted properties including a 178-acre business park, multiple automobile dealerships, hotel projects in multiple states, commercial condominium warehouse/offices, waste services sites, multi-family apartment complexes, and national restaurant chains including Johnny Rockets, Uncle Julio's, and Tia's restaurants. Sue works with private developers, private equity funds, global financial institutions, investment banks, REITs, and other investment funds. In addition, Sue has represented owners, tenants, and their representatives in a broad range of leasing and asset management matters throughout the United States, including the preparation and negotiation of ground leases and traditional leases for restaurants, medical offices, pain centers, retail, warehouses, and ground lease developments. Sue also has experience working on bids and negotiating on behalf of clients in public-private partnerships.

Representation of an affiliate of Genting Malaysia Berhad, a publicly traded Malaysian company, in the acquisition of the 14 acre Miami Herald Property in Miami, FL for a proposed mixed-use project including a major hotel, conference facilities, retail, and other resort amenities with an estimated project development cost at $3.7 billion.
Representation of Carrols Restaurant Group on real estate matters in connection with its acquisition of 278 Burger King locations, making it the largest Burger King franchise globally.
Representation of Swire in connection with leasing and development matters relating to the 1.05 billion Brickell Citicentre mixed use project in downtown Miami.
Representation of AVE, LLC and its subsidiaries in connection with the acquisition, development, leasing and financing of its office, aviation, warehouse, and retail leasing project, including negotiations with the county, FAA, and various ground leases, non-ground lease, including a 500,000 square foot United States Postal Service Class A regional distribution center facility and a 10 acre automobile dealership.
