Alice Hector's trial experience has spanned over 30 years across a number of substantive areas in both government and private practice. For the last 20 years she has practiced in South Florida in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters. Her specific expeience has been in the handling of biotechnology, telecommunications, and other cases involving scientific issues in contract, product liability, securities, and corporate litigation. For the last several years, Alice has become a consummate estate and trust litigator for high profile or high net worth clients by using her wealth of trial and settlement experience to resolve intra-family disputes.
