Debra Leder has more than 20 years of experience handling matters uniquely related to the workforce. She provides human resources consultation, corporate due diligence assistance, review and drafting of employment-related agreements and contracts, employee handbooks and policies, and other representation to employers, of various sizes, regarding labor and employment related issues. Debra represents clients in a variety of industries through all facets of administrative agency investigations, litigation, arbitration or other alternative dispute resolution processes, evidentiary hearings, trial and appeal, including claims relating to harassment, discrimination and retaliation, overtime pay or other alleged unpaid wages, trade secret litigation, and non-compete and other restrictive covenant disputes. Debra was part of the first class of practitioners to become Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Labor and Employment Law.
