Ian Minkin advises employers, executives, and plan sponsors with regard to employee benefits plans, programs, and arrangements. This includes representation of public and privately held entities in the design and maintenance of qualified retirement programs, non-qualified plans, and welfare plans; providing guidance to employers and fiduciaries concerning employee benefit issues in connection with corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions) and plan transactions (mergers and asset transfers), as well as design and implementation of executive compensation programs, stock option and other equity plans for public and private entities, including tax, financial accounting, and stock exchange issues.
