Jeffrey Lynne is a real estate and litigation attorney with experience obtaining and defending land use entitlements for private clients in complex zoning, energy, fire, construction, architecture, and environmental permitting and regulatory disputes before the local, state and federal agencies, and between private entities. Jeffrey also assists clients to meet green development strategies as one of the few attorneys in the state to be recognized by the United States Green Building Council as a "Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional" (LEED AP).
