His experience includes a variety of capital markets transactions involving issuance of equity, convertible bonds, and debt securities, as well as initial public offerings (IPOs) and secondary equity offerings on the Nasdaq, the New York Stock Exchange, and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Mark frequently counsels companies based in Greater China, Taiwan, Singapore, India, Vietnam, Australia, and the United Kingdom with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission compliance and the structuring and execution of their cross-border investments, joint ventures, venture capital financing, and M&A.
