Nicole Scimone's practice focuses on commercial real estate finance and development. She has represented banks, life insurance companies and other institutional lenders in retail, office, industrial and multi-family residential financings and loan workouts. She is also experienced in acquisitions and dispositions of real estate, as well as commercial leasing.
