Akerman Senterfitt recently represented Trivest Partners L.P., a private equity fund, in the acquisition of Take 5 Oil Change L.L.C., a chain of 26 quick service oil change stores, including its acquisition financing.

Shareholder Jonathan Awner was lead lawyer for the acquisition and was assisted by associate Kenneth Wiggins. Shareholder William Arnhols handled the debt financing and was assisted by of counsel Tom Cookson.
