Neisen Kasdin Quoted in South Florida Business Journal Story on Argentine Investments in South Florida

Neisen Kasdin, office managing shareholder of the firm's Miami office, was quoted in a South Florida Business Journal article titled "New Argentine Investment Taps Real Estate." The article mentions Kasdin's representation of Consultatio, an Argentine company that selects and develops real estate projects, and other Argentine investors, in recent transaction in South Florida.
Akerman's representation of Consultatio included the $220 million purchase of 5.5 acres in Bal Harbour, including the oceanfront Bal Harbour Beach Club, and the building of the Oceana, with 142 condo units and 12 villas in two towers, on 10.3 acres in Key Biscayne.
Kasdin states, "The Argentine developers doing business in South Florida are high quality, and their financial capabilities are very strong, which bodes well for their proposed projects."
