Karen Specie was featured in a Jacksonville Daily Record article for her recent appointment by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit to become the U.S. bankruptcy judge for the Northern District of Florida. Specie will take over the position from Judge Lewis Killian Jr. upon his retirement July 24.
