Honorees were recognized by the paper for achievements in their communities and companies. Carroll will be formally recognized at the Influential Business Women Awards at the Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six Resort and Spa on September 13^th in Fort Lauderdale.

Carroll possesses significant experience in a wide variety of complex legal transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, private equity and venture capital investments, complex joint ventures and equity financing partnerships, and related general corporate matters.
