Karen Buesing and Susan Eisenberg Join Group of 11 Akerman Senterfitt Attorneys Recognized by the International Who’s Who Legal
October 29, 2012
Akerman Senterfitt shareholders Karen Buesing and Susan Eisenberg and nine other Akerman lawyers have been recognized by the International Who’s Who Legal in seven different areas of law in 2012.

Buesing and Eisenberg were recognized as International Who’s Who Management Labour & Employment Lawyers. Eisenberg, Buesing and 12 others from different firms were the only lawyers in the state of Florida selected for the distinction. They are part of a larger group of 857 lawyers in 63 countries worldwide to be recognized in the area of Management Labour & Employment law.

“Susan and Karen join an exclusive, international group of lawyers in receiving this recognition," said James Bramnick, chair of Akerman’s National Labor & Employment Practice Group. "It is especially gratifying because these rankings are based on client and peer feedback.”

The International Who’s Who of Management Labour & Employment Lawyers 2012 rankings are part of the annual Who’s Who Legal published by London-based Law Business Research honoring the foremost legal practitioners in 32 areas of business law. Honorees are nominated by law firm clients and labor and employment lawyers as leaders in their field.

In addition to Buesing and Eisenberg, 11 Akerman lawyers in other practice groups were named to the International Who's Who Legal lists earlier this year including the following:
