Jennifer Williams Featured in Corporate Counsel on Viral Holiday Parties
December 6, 2012
Jennifer Williams recently blogged, "Holiday Parties In The Social Media Age - You Never Know Who Is Watching!" on Akerman Senterfitt's HR Defense Blog. Corporate Counsel spoke with Williams to take a closer look at how employers should prevent holiday parties from going viral on social media. In the article titled, "Stop Office Holiday Party Antics from Going Viral on Social Media," Williams suggests that employers take proactive steps before a party occurs.

“We see the same types of concerns from employers and our clients as the holidays approach, but in the last year to three years, it’s sort of taken a different turn,” said Williams. “As with all things recently, social media has become a very effective and normalized form of communication.”
