For the second consecutive year, Neisen Kasdin, office managing shareholder of the firm's Miami office, and Spencer Crowley, were named "Heavy Hitters in Commercial Real Estate" by the South Florida Business Journal. Each year, the South Florida Business Journal honors 100 individuals driving some of the most interesting trends in South Florida's commercial real estate market.

Kasdin and Crowley were distinguished as elite commercial real estate lawyers. They were also listed among those that are making the new push for retail and hotel leasing with several developers planning mixed-use projects, including such projects as The Genting Group’s $236 million purchase of the 14-acres in downtown Miami that are home to The Miami Herald, as well as the nine-acre, eight-building Brickell CitiCentre project in Miami.
