In The News

The Orlando Business Journal reported on notable findings in a survey conducted at Akerman's fourth annual U.S. Real Estate Summit. The survey, which measured the outlook of more than 150 commercial real estate executives, revealed that optimism reached a five-year high after the first quarter of the year. The article titled, "Real Estate Executives' Optimism Hits Record High Since Downturn," noted that foreign investors, particularly from Latin America, will not only fund a significant part of commercial real estate debt and equity in 2013, but also contribute largely in retail, hospitality and multifamily real estate development.

The article also published in the Baltimore Business Journal, the Nashville Business Journal, the Birmingham Business Journal and NPR News station WYPR.
