Esther Moreno was recognized as an "Influential Business Woman" by the South Florida Business Journal. The paper recognizes 25 of the region’s top businesswomen – those who have gone above and beyond, not just for their companies, but for the communities they serve. Moreno will be formally honored at the 2013 Influential Business Women Awards luncheon on September 13 at the Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa.

Moreno, a shareholder in the Corporate Practice Group, has a broad range of experience advising public and private companies, including foreign private issuers, with respect to securities transactions, disclosure and corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
