The story provided an overview of urbanization trends as Millennials move en masse within the nation's major cities. The article shed light into the "live-work-play" mentality often associated with Millennials and how this trend has been affecting urban areas, from transportation to retail spaces and residential developments.

"As that happened, developers had to figure out how to build new product or retrofit existing product to meet what the needs were… Transportation is an integral issue in these urban areas; you can't really build new roads, and parking becomes an issue, so mass transit is being talked about again like it was 10 to 15 years ago," said Bezold.
