Akerman's Corporate and Real Estate Practice Groups recently represented Juniper Communities in its $35.5 million acquisition of Brookline Village, a senior living community located in State College, Pa. Juniper Communities is a privately held company that owns and operates assisted living, personal care, memory care, independent living and skilled nursing facilities nationwide.
