Marshall focuses his practice on debt financing, including secured and unsecured lending transactions and financial restructurings. He has experience representing clients in the financing of complex leveraged acquisitions, buyouts, senior, mezzanine, bridge and subordinated facilities and cross border financings. He also assists clients with loan workouts and restructurings, including debtor-in-possession and exit financing. Marshall has represented borrowers and lenders in financing transactions ranging in size from $10 million to several billion dollars. His clients include private equity groups, commercial lending institutions, and public and private companies across a range of industries. Marshall holds a B.A. from Temple University and earned his J.D. at Boston University School of Law.
Tanenbaum focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate governance and technology development. His clients range from digital media publishers to technology companies and private equity firms. Tanenbaum's experience includes debtor- and creditor-side representations in Section 363 sales in bankruptcy, as well as numerous acquisitions and divestitures of assets, financings, operating arrangements, and joint ventures among major participants in the telecommunications industry. Tanenbaum holds a B.A. from Brandeis University and earned his J.D. at the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.
