The listing is comprised of the top 100 partners from leading national law firms as well as corporate counsel officers from Fortune 1000 companies. Marsh was recognized as among the top legal visionaries, leaders and advocates serving the global community.

Marsh has more than 20 years of business litigation experience, with an emphasis on securities and other class action defense, accounting fraud, Ponzi schemes, D&O liability, professional liability, shareholder disputes and corporate transactions. His practice also focuses on corporate governance and compliance issues, including matters arising from federal and state agencies investigations. He regularly represents clients in the financial sector in class actions and other matters involving bank fraud, RICO claims, money laundering schemes, fraudulent or improper lending practices, letters of credit, regulatory compliance, cease and desist orders and asset recovery. Marsh is a member of Akerman's Diversity and Inclusion Committee and a fellow with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity. He serves as president and chairman of the board for the Youth Competitive Soccer Club and as a board director with the South Florida Autism Charter Schools Inc.
The selection process for the Savoy award began with a review of the landscape encompassing the spheres of influence that greatly affect those considered as top lawyers. These areas include practice focus, career achievements, firm leadership, pro bono work, community service and overall reputation. The selection committee included Savoy's editorial board and a legal advisory panel comprised of prominent judges, corporate counsel and accomplished law professors.
