Commercial Property Executive published an article titled, "Akerman Survey: CRE Execs Feeling Good," which reported on the sixth annual Akerman U.S. Real Estate Industry Outlook Survey. The article highlighted that nearly 60 percent of commercial real estate executives who took the Akerman Survey are more optimistic about the market this year than they were 2014. The publication also covered important Akerman Survey findings about foreign investment and the global economy, capital availability and the U.S. job recovery, as well as top trends impacting real estate development in 2015 and beyond.
