Akerman LLP, a top 100 U.S. law firm serving clients across the Americas, represented myMatrixx, a pharmacy benefit solutions provider for the workers' compensation sector, in its sale to Express Scripts (NASDAQ: ESRX), the largest pharmacy benefit management company in the country. The combination of the two companies will make enhanced pharmacy services offerings available to workers' compensation clients and injured patients, including core capabilities in clinical expertise innovation, advanced analytics and customized client experiences.
