The firm rose 10 spots to no. 58 on Law360's 400 Largest Law Firms list, based on lawyer headcount in the United States. Akerman's new ranking is a reflection of the firm's strategic growth for six consecutive years. During the 2016 fiscal year, physical headcount grew by 10 percent to an all-time high of 650 lawyers and business professionals across 24 U.S. offices.
