Akerman Senterfitt today announced it advised inVentiv Health, Inc., a leading provider of end-to-end clinical development, launch, and commercialization services to the global pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, in connection with its $1.2 billion acquisition by private equity firm, Thomas H. Lee Partners.
